Features of ORI Molds
- ORI molds have a highly durable weld overlay resistant to oxidation. The metallic layers of the overlay do not crack when hot molds are submerged in cold water.
- Exceptionally durable: the service life of blank and blow molds with welded neck parts, bases, and side edges increases by 50%.
- The weld overlay layer is small and uniform due to laser welding, which reduces thermal deformation and decreases mold maintenance requirements.
